Ice itself creates/makes a balance between the cold ocean water and the warm tropic water by letting the cold ocean water cool the warmer one and, thus, preventing the temperature from either going up or down. This means that his creation doubles the height of the Sears Tower. Architect Robert Sobel is convinced that the technology we have can provide us with the opportunity to build 500-story skyscrapers.
